Michele Diglio-Benkiran, Esquire

Michele Diglio-Benkiran received her Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Michigan State University in 1998 where she was the Business Manager of Journal of Medicine and Justice of Phi Alpha Delta Legal fraternity, a scholarship recipient, and published in Who's Who: American Law Students 1998.

Michele graduated from law school and immediately began working at the Office of the State Attorney - 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach, Florida where she handled misdemeanor, felony, domestic violence, juvenile matters, bond hearings, motions, and jury trials.

Michele grew up in an entrepreneurial family where she learned business fundamentals at an early age. Michele has owned several thriving businesses and understands the fundamentals of successful business practices.

Michele combines her real-life business experiences with unique legal services in assisting corporate clients in business start-ups, business planning, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and review, sales purchases of business, commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, closings, commercial real estate development, as well as, lender representation.

She is proudly married to Ben Benkiran and has 2 beautiful children, Enzo and Gabriela.
